My Mother’s Delicacies has been tickling the sweet tooth of Northeastern Pennsylvania for over 25 years with its gourmet, handmade pastry and baked goods. Owner Susan Herlands utilizes recipies and techniques that have been passed down through generations to create her delicious rugelach, hamentashen and more.
