Marywood Impressions profiles Reager

The publication Marywood Impressions selected BlackOut President and Marywood University alumni Jack Reager for the “GOLD Profile” in its summer 2007 edition.

Reager cited the influence of his Marywood education and professors on his business career. In particular, Reager pointed to Dr. Sam Dagher, former Chairman of the Business Department, as having played a key role in his professional development.

Dagher recommended Reager for the Great Valley Technology Alliance Business Plan Competition while he was a student and this competition eventual led Reager to found his company, BlackOut Design.

The profile highlights Rediscover Scranton, another BlackOut initiative built upon Reager’s connections. Scranton came about through a partnership between BlackOut and the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce and Marywood Associate Professor of Business Dr. Gale A. Jaeger, a member of the Chamber Board of Directors, mentions her happiness to work with Reager and BlackOut on the project.
