Eclipse of 2017 is Great

While Scranton isn’t in the “path of totality,” we still couldn’t miss the opportunity to witness the Great American Eclipse of 2017! Weather permitting, we’re hoping to catch a glimpse of the first solar eclipse to cross the U.S. in almost a hundred years when it reaches Scranton around 2:41p.m. (cereal box eclipse viewers in hand, of course).

If you’re stuck indoors or just didn’t beat the rush for appropriate eyewear, NASA is fortunately streaming the event beginning at noon on Facebook Live and at www.nasa.gov/eclipselive.

You wouldn’t expect an agency with a name like “BlackOut Design” to miss an event that so closely resembles our namesake, would you?
